By downloading, installing, or using SnapStream: Video & Music Saver (Package: app.snapstream.android), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Personal Utility License

SnapStream is licensed to you as a personal, non-exclusive, revocable offline playback and personal media management tool. You agree to use SnapStream solely for lawful purposes in compliance with local and international intellectual property laws.

2. Intellectual Property & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content that you save, download, or stream using SnapStream.
You must only save or download media that you own, have created, or for which you have explicit legal permission or rights from the copyright holder.
SnapStream does NOT condone, promote, or encourage copyright infringement of any kind.

3. BYOC M3U Player Rules

SnapStream operates as a neutral parser and player for M3U and M3U8 streaming URLs provided by the user. SnapStream does NOT supply, host, index, or distribute any TV channels, live streams, or commercial video playlists.

4. Platform Independence & No YouTube Support

SnapStream is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), or YouTube. In accordance with Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and YouTube Terms of Service, SnapStream does NOT support or facilitate downloading from YouTube.

5. DMCA Notice & Copyright Agent

If you believe that any content accessed through a user-provided link infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA notice to support@upverse.top.
